This is great to see. It’s been over a decade since they have provided coverage for surgeries to city employees of San Fran so I’m excited to see that this city is reaching out to all folk and providing them with the MUCH needed assistance.

I’m really happy that Rolling Stone used correct pronouns in this article (they had a slip-up on the photo caption though. Some commenters have pointed it out, so hopefully they fix their mistake).
I don’t know much about Against Me! but I’m really happy that the singer of this band is being so brave and speaking out about her transition. I know a lot of transphobia is going to come out, but I hope her support outweighs that garbage.
Addition: The fact that other articles keep saying things along the lines of, “She is not attracted to men and will remain married to her wife,” show just how clueless people are about the fact that sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation are different things.
